HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?​

All our Hamperology gift boxes will be delivered within 7 working days of ordering. For more details, please see our Delivery Information page.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?​

All our Hamperology gift boxes will be delivered within 7 working days from placing your order. Sometimes, it may be sooner but we advise ordering 7 working days in advance of the occasion to guarantee it is delivered on time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you enjoy our Hamperology gift hamper but if for any reason you need to return your gift hamper, please see our Terms & Conditions page for more information about returns or cancellations.

CAN YOU HELP ME PICK OUT THE PERFECT GIFT?

Hamperology gift boxes enable you to personalise each hamper for your friends, family or clients. If you need help selecting the perfect products, please get in touch with us.

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?

Yes. We have beautifully designed Hamperology gift cards that come included with every hamper. You can leave a personalised message of up to 160 characters, which our team will beautifully hand write for you. Alternatively, you can leave the card blank and we will place it outside of the gift box for you to write yourself.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BOX?

The dimensions of our Hamperology gift boxes are 370mm x 350mm x 130mm.

I'M SENDING MY GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT, WILL A PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE BE INCLUDED?

As we expect most Hamperology orders to be gifts, we do not include a packaging slip or invoice with delivery. Instead, we will always email this to you once your order has been placed and we will email you again with confirmation of dispatch.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK OR INTERNATIONALLY?

Hamperology gift boxes are currently only available in the UK. 

DO YOU MAKE CORPORATE GIFTS?

Hamperology gift boxes are perfect for any occasion, including corporate gifts. Feel free to get in touch with us if you have a large corporate order that you are looking to fill.
